Failure is the Refusal

Mike Jones of Discover Leadership Training talks about an important awakening which is "Failure is the refusal to give up what I do not need". Things such as frustration, resentment, and anger. With everything producing a likeness of itself it will be good to get rid of those that won't benefit us in the future.
